eHost has all features that you want in web hosting services. It provides unlimited disk space, domains and bandwidth. It has site building tools that allow users to create a new website or add new elements such as WordPress blogs, message boards and image galleries. eHost is $2.75/month now and accepts payment via major credit cards, bank wire transfers, Western Union, checks, and money orders. All eHost plans are auto-renewed, unless other arrangements have been made. It is up to the customer to ensure their payment information remains up-to-date to avoid late payment, as any accounts not paid within 15 days of the invoice date may be suspended or terminated.

 

eHost offers a 45-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting services. Any cancellations within that time, for first-time buyers, will receive a full refund, minus the cost of domain registration. 

Non-first time buyers are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations after 45 days may receive a partial refund, though this is left to eHost’s discretion. Cancellation requests must be made via the cancellation form within your control panel.

Performance  

Hosting packages includes an enhanced security suite and 24 hour network monitoring. All personal information for your account, such as credit card data, is collected using SSL security and stored on secure servers.

eHost maintains automated backups for all servers, but those only run once per week and are only stored for a single week. Any account that uses more than 20 gigabytes of data will not be included in weekly backups; instead, eHost will simply back up your databases. 

Regardless of the size of your site, you shouldn’t rely on eHost to protect you from data loss. Set up your own backups and save them regularly to another location.

If you prefer to troubleshoot things for yourself, they also have an extensive knowledgebase and step by step guides on many of the most common applications and tasks.

eHost can assist you with transferring your website from another domain; however, this is considered a courtesy service, and they cannot guarantee results or specific timelines.
